SUMMARY

Juliana's dad gave her a painting of the tree that was in the bus stop. She was really exited about it

and couldn't be more thankful. Since Juliana lived in a house which they raised chickens and consume their eggs she decided she was gonna offer her neighbors some, for free. As a gift Juliana decided to have the nice gesture of giving it to Bryce family as well. Bryce had this insane fear about chickens and eggs, it scared the hell out of him. It was mostly because Julianas brothers scared him when he was at sixth grade, and since that time he is really afraid of them.nHe had nightmares about eggs and getting eaten by a snake. Then he received the rumor from his friend that Julianas chickens and eggs were raised at dirt so is better he don't accept them. Since then Bryce decided he will not ate those eggs ever. Two years he spend receiving those eggs from Juliana and throwing them away with our her noticing. One day Juliana catches Bryce throwing them away and this really hurt Julianas feelings and Bryce felt as a total jerk.
 Juliana was not only upset because of the Bryce problem she was also upset because her dog, that she had since she was a little girl died so now she couldn't be more upset. When she was a little girl she was named ¨The Queen of the Eggs¨ because of her amazing experiment when she incubate an egg. She had a passion for the eggs and she thought that by giving them to their neighbors she could also give it to Bryce and spend more time with him but he through his feeling away. She had a rough few weeks, he was seriously hurt.

I really understood how Julianna felt because if you give someone something as a gift with all your heart you are expecting a nice thank you. But instead Bryce decides to throw the eggs to the trash and ignore her feelings about her hard work. This quote showed me that in life everyone has to appreciate the things they receive either you like it or not, and we have to understand that when people do this they really think of you and thats were you show your importance to other people as well.

¨I went down to my room to pack my stuff for school, feeling like the biggest jerk to ever het the planet. I been sneaking around throwing out eggs for over two years, avoiding her -what did that make me? Why hadn't I just stood up and said, No thanks, don't want them, don't need them, don't like them... Give them to the snake why don't you? Something!
Was I really afraid of hurting her feelings?
Or was I afraid of her?.

TEXT RESPONSE 

From this quote I think that Julianna is really disappointed and maybe Bryce is felling in love with her again, like maybe she is waiting for a sorry from Bryce but he is confused and does not really understand how he is going to fix it.

FINAL THOUGHTS 

In my opinion I think that Bryce is learning some new things from the mistake he made, he is out of his mind and after all the tragedy he feels bad so the best thing would be for him to talk to Julianna and tell her what he really feels and some sweet things that could solve the problem and make things sound like a fixed problem. Julianna right know is really hurt so the best thing is that she has some space and probably she is going to tray to ignore him until Bryce makes something that will explain her what all of that mess was about. My prediction will be that Julianna is going to move forward with her normal life and maybe find someone better then Bryce. For example if she was really into Bryce after all of this she is probably think he is worth nothing at all.

SUMMARY

Flipped is a really engaging book, not just by the fact that it is fun to read it but you get a connection when you read it since you remember your own memories and connect them to the book. This story has a bit of everything but mostly it shows us about love and how things need to work, they don't always go the way you want, you have to be patient and wait for the opportunities that will come in the future. Julianna is a really nice girl, well she loves trees and has a really strong memories with them in her life. Her father agrees and goes with her ideas of conserving the nature as well and when things start going over control he would solved them in the right way. She really enjoys her neighborhood as well because she has nice and collaborative people surrounding her. It all started one day, when she met a guy named Bryce, Bryce meant everything for her, he was paradise and her life crush. Julianna was totally in love with him, she would chase him everywhere and follow him until the end, the only problem was that he didn't want to be next to Julianna that much, he hated her because she wouldn't stop insisting, and she would look for him like a crazy girl. Julianna just wanted a cool friendship but Bryce was like no way im talking to her or even looking at her back in my entire life. They were at school together and when time passed and years went by, they started understanding each others feelings. So Bryce was amazed and they began to relate themselves, they played and had practically fun, in fact they almost got their first kiss. Their parents new what was happening and started to dig in so they could help both of them. Yes, they were confused, its a normal process in life, but who nows what could happen later. Are they going to stay as friends? Or is it a love relationship going on? Will they fight and ruin their friendship over things?

At this point, did Bryce start felling something bigger then just a simple friendship?

I think that this quote helped me understand that maybe they both were meant to be like they both needed space but at the same time love, you know like some confusion is going on because they don't yet know wat to expect from each other and maybe they are afraid of letting that chance disappear. I really like this quote because it shows me that when you chase your dreams you can get what you want and it leaves the reader with a strange feeling that could define their future.

'' Thats not to say that Bryce held my hand after that, but he did start being a little friendlier to me. '' pg 18.

Does Bryce wants to start a fair friendship or is he trying to expect something big  and different from Julianna?

I really learned from this quote because it showed me that after hard moments there is always a bright part, you know if you try and never give up the results are always going to turn up better. In another part, I really appreciated the quote because finally they are getting closer in touch and they are trying to build something from their friendship, something bigger that can hold all of their confusions. 

FINAL THOUGHTS 

In my point of view this book is really impressive, for example there is a lot of parts that make you feel alive and can relate to your own life. The text in this book has a lot of feelings that mix up, they yet don't know what it is but thats the point of the author to keep reading until you finally get the point and understand the value of love, what it is all about. 

If they know they love each other, why don't they move forward to another life experience?

Why does Julianna have so much love into trees and not other stuff?

 Why is it that she wants to protect trees so much when she is concentrated in Bryce all the time?
